My Health for Life: A FREE program to help you create habits that support a happier and healthier future, and reduce your risk of chronic disease. 

The My Health for Life program is here to help you discover ways of reaching your personal health goals & reducing your risk of chronic disease, through changing your day-to-day behaviour in ways that are manageable for you.

The program is evidenced-based and delivered across six coaching sessions with a qualified clinician, 5 of which are group sessions.

The first session is a one-on-one appointment to gain an understanding of your needs and goals. Following this, the group based sessions offer a positive and supportive environment to share and learn as a group, while working on your own personal health goals. You’ll also be given tools and resources to help you continue after the sessions. 

The program is here to support you. You’re in control of setting your goals and plans, and we’re here to explore this with you and provide guidance, support, and information along the way.
