Yes. Existing clients can book online for allied health appointments, Healthy Living, Circuit Connections and Yoga exercise sessions through our website using the purple “Book Online” button on the top right.
New clients should contact reception or submit an expression of interest form here to get started.
No. Bookings are required for all services and can be made in person, over the phone or online.
You can book into exercise sessions up to the session start time provided there is availability. Exercise sessions are available for bookings up to 3 months in advance. Our online booking system allows you to quickly see what session times are available and easily secure a spot on the same day, otherwise give us a call or visit reception.
Yes, we require 24hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Please let reception know you are unable to attend your session or appointment at your earliest convenience via phone 07 3443 2586 or email uqhealthyliving@uqhealthcare.org.au. If you booked online, you can also cancel any bookings through the link in your booking confirmation email.
No. If you cancel or do not attend an appointment or exercise session you will need to make a new booking.
10-session passes are valid for use for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We offer 10-session passes as a method of payment. Valid passes are redeemed against eligible exercise session bookings at the time of the session. You will need to make bookings for exercise sessions separately to your chosen method of payment.

Referrals under a GP Chronic Conditions Management Plan provide you access to up to 5 Medicare rebates per calendar year for one-on-one allied health appointments. They do not apply to group services, except for referrals for group allied health programs for the management of type 2 diabetes.
