STANDARD classes
Provide moderate support for highly independent participants in a group setting.

Healthy Living Session
Get the most out of your Personal Exercise Program during a Supported Exercise Session, with EP’s on hand to answer questions and provide advice.
Circuit Connections
Under the instruction of a qualified EP follow a series of varied exercises for short intervals to boost strength and cardiovascular health.
CATEGORY 1 classes
Provide elevated level of support to aid recovery from illness or injury.
Strength & Balance  Category 1

 

Functional Recovery Category 1
Supporting those recovering from cancer and other serious illness. A medium intensity class with a strong focus on regaining your health.  An alternative to the Healthy Living Sessions, or a stepping stone to return to standard classes.
Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Class Category  1
Cardiac and Pulmonary clients  will benefit from the extra safety provided by monitored exercise, including heart rate testing where required. With a maximum class capacity of 12 participants you are guaranteed increased support  with our clinical staff.
CATEGORY 2 classes
Provide intensive support for high needs clients in very small groups.

Strength & Balance  Category 2
Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Class Category 2
Cardiac and Pulmonary clients with high needs will benefit from the extra safety provided by monitored exercise, including heart rate testing where required. With a class capacity of 2 – 8 participants you are guaranteed increased support  with our clinical staff.
