Gentle Yoga with Michelle
Come along to Gentle Yoga with Michelle. She comes with a 30 year career, of working in all facets of the community. As a social worker she’s managed programs that have supported the UN backed refugee and asylum seeker resettlement in Queensland, Red Cross volunteer programs, Buddhist palliative care support, and for the past decade has worked to manage programs in conservation.
Throughout her career, and during her years of study, she has held a deep interest in integrative and holistic approaches to wellness and the impacts of psycho-social stress on the body. With qualifications in yoga, meditation, and pranic energy therapy, her classes combine energy, sound and movement to leave you feeling joyful and centred.
Mondays: 7am -8am
Wednesdays: 4pm – 5pm
