Gentle Yoga with Cheryl

Come along to Gentle Yoga for meditative practice to reinstate balance between the body, mind and breath. Using the breath to focus and deepen our yoga practice, allowing our body to soften and open at a gentle pace with a calm and steady mind.

Cheryl is a certified Yoga Teacher. She loves to teach Hatha Yoga classes, Chair Yoga, Drivers Chair Yoga (for those whose vehicle is their office!), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Relaxation & Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Wine Yoga!



Mondays: 7:00am-7:45am

Tuesdays: 4:00pm-4:45pm

Wednesdays: 8:00am-9:00am

Thursdays: 3:00pm-4:00pm.
