The UQ Health and Rehabilitation Clinics in partnership with UQ Health Living are introducing a new student-led occupational therapy service called: “Home Modifications and Assistive Technology to Thrive in the Community and Home” or HATCH clinic.

High Intensity Interval Training Program

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Improve your cardiorespiratory health, in the most efficient way with Exercise Physiologist, Benny Noon. 

The HIIT program is suitable for individuals free of any musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, metabolic or cardiovascular conditions, that prevent safe completion of the exercise demands of high intensity interval training.

My health for life program

Thursdays

My health for life is a free, six-month program where you work with a clinician to achieve your health goals.

Healthy Living Session – Standard

Monday – Saturday

Bring your energy and enthusiasm as you join like-minded peers, ready to pursue their health and fitness goals.

Circuit Connections – Standard

Wednesday, Friday

An alternative to your personal program. Follow a series of varied exercises for short intervals, under the instruction of a qualified Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist. A great way to have fun, engage with others, strengthen a range of muscle groups and improve your cardiovascular health.

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Programs

Our Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab Program is designed for those aged 50+ recovering from a recent cardiac or pulmonary condition. The program is facilitated by a cardiac nurse and an exercise professional.
